康复新液与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合治疗慢性牙周炎的临床研究

Therapeutic Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment on Chronic Periodontitis

目的:观察康复新液与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法:以随机抽样的方式,将符合标准的80例慢性牙周炎患者,以盲选法对抽取对象进行随机分组,对照组和观察组各有40例。所有患者均运用常规的牙龈上洁治和龈下刮治。对照组患者采取双氧水盐水冲洗治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,采取康复新液与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合治疗。对2组患者持续治疗30d后的临床效果进行观察,且记录其相关指标。结果:在治疗前,对2组患者的牙周探针深度、龈沟出血指数、牙周附着水平、菌斑指数相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在干预后,观察组患者的相关指标明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性牙周炎患者运用康复新液与盐酸米诺环素软膏联合治疗,能够快速地改善其炎症,使得牙周相关指标恢复正常,对临床工作具有较高的运用价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment on chronic periodontitis.Methods:By random sampling,80 patients with chronic periodontitis who met the criteria were randomly divided into groups by blind selection.There were 40 cases in the control group and the observation group.All patients were treated with conventional supragingival cleaning and subgingival curettage.The patients in the control group were treated with hydrogen peroxide saline irrigation,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin solution and minocycline hydrochloride ointment based on the control group.Observe the clinical effect of the patients in the two groups after 30 days of continuous treatment,and record their relevant indicators.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in periodontal probe depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index,periodontal adhesion level,and plaque index between the 2 groups (P>0.05);after intervention,the observation group The relevant indexes of the patients were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Kangfuxin solution and minocycline hydrochloride ointment for patients with chronic periodontitis can quickly improve their inflammation,restore the periodontal related indexes to normal,and have high application value for clinical work.
