社区高血压患者医护中医健康管理服务的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management in Community Hypertension Patients

目的:评价北京某社区高血压中医健康管理服务的效果。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,筛选符合入组条件的高血压患者200例,随机分为干预组和对照组2组,每组各100例,对其进行为期1年的中医健康管理,充分发挥护理人员的作用,建立特色健康管理模式,评价中医证候改善程度、血压疗效、理化检测等结果,从而分析其管理效果。结果:高血压患者中医健康管理前后主要中医症状改善较为明显,阴虚阳亢型、气血亏虚型证候疗效明显。两组血压值(舒张压)在管理前后组内比较差异均有统计学意义。两组血压疗效判定有效率均达到97.83%以上。两组在餐后血糖方面差异具有统计学意义。干预组在糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯方面管理前后差异具有统计学意义。干预组管理前后高血压相关知晓率提高,差异具有统计学意义。结论:高血压中医健康管理有助于中医证候的改善,可提高高血压患者的中医健康管理的理念,医护共同管理,为中医融入公共卫生服务项目提供数据支持。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine health management service for hypertension in a community in Beijing.Method:Using cluster random sampling method,200 hypertensive patients eligible for enrollment were screened,randomly divided into two groups:intervention group and control group,with 100 cases in each group,for a period of 1 year of TCM health management,Give full play to the role of nursing staff,establish a characteristic health management model,evaluate the improvement of TCM syndromes,blood pressure efficacy,physical and chemical testing and other results,so as to analyze its management effect.Results:The symptoms of major TCM patients before and after TCM health management in patients with hypertension were significantly improved.The syndromes of Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity type and Qi blood deficiency syndrome were obvious.The difference in blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure)between the two groups before and after management was statistically significant.The effective rate of blood pressure treatment in both groups was above 97.83%.The difference in blood glucose between the two groups was statistically significant.The intervention group had statistically significant differences in glycated hemoglobin and triglycerides before and after management.The awareness rate of hypertension was improved before and after the intervention group management,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Hypertension TCM health management can help improve TCM syndromes,improve the concept of TCM health management for hypertensive patients,co-manage medical care,and provide data support for TCM integration into public health services.
