优质护理干预应用于采血室的护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention Applied in Blood Collection Room

目的:探讨在采血室护理工作中,实施优质护理的临床效果。方法:选择2017年8月-2018年8月在我院门诊进行抽血的患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各50例。其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预模式,实验组患者给予优质护理干预模式,最后比较两组实施不同护理干预模式后的临床效果。结果:实施优质护理干预模式患者抽血成功率、血标本合格率和患者满意度均优于对照组患者,两组数据存在明显差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。讨论:对采血室患者实施优质护理干预可以明显提高护理人员抽血成功率、血标本合格率和患者的护理满意度,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in blood collection room.Methods:a total of 100 patients with blood sampling in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention mode,and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing intervention mode.Finally,the clinical effects of different nursing intervention modes were compared between the two groups.Results:the success rate of blood sampling,qualified rate of blood samples and patient satisfaction of patients with high quality nursing intervention mode were better than those of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Discussion:the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for patients in blood collection room can significantly improve the success rate of blood sampling,qualified rate of blood samples and nursing satisfaction of patients.The clinical effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion and application.
