当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变研究进展

Research Progress of Danggui Sini Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是临床最常见的糖尿病慢性并发症之一,随病程进展呈进行性加重,严重威胁患者的生命和生活质量,并给患者个人及家庭带来严重的经济和心理负担。临床发现当归四逆汤对改善DPN临床症状,延缓并发症发展进程有效。现主要从临床观察及实验研究两方面阐述当归四逆汤治疗DPN寒凝血瘀证、血虚寒凝证、气虚血瘀证及寒湿困脾证四个证型的有效性,以期为临床治疗DPN提供参考。

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes.It progresses progressively with the course of the disease.It seriously threatens the patient’s life and quality of life,and brings serious problems to the patient and family.Economic and psychological burden.Clinical findings Danggui Sini decoction is effective in improving the clinical symptoms of DPN and delaying the development of complications.The efficacy of Danggui Sini decoction in treating DPN cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome,blood deficiency cold coagulation syndrome,Qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome and cold dampness spleen syndrome is mainly discussed from clinical observation and experimental research,with a view to clinical treatment DPN provides a reference.
