基于驱动器的永磁同步电机交直轴电感自我辨识

摘要 永磁电机定子绕组的交直轴电感是其关键参数,通常采用阻抗测量仪和手动改变转子位置来测量。通过驱动器对永磁同步电机施加小电流SPWM电压激励信号,然后采集相应线电压和相电流进行离散傅里叶变换(DFT)提取其基波分量,进一步计算电感值,降低了谐波分量的影响。为了让电机自动旋转到交直轴电感所对应的转子位置,本采用三相电流空间矢量位置定位的方法,减少了人工的干预。实验研究表明,该方法与LCR阻抗测量仪测量的结果相比,交直轴电感的绝对误差分别是-0.28mH和0.03mH,相对误差都在±2.5%以内,为实现电机的准确控制提供了可靠的参数,从而实现了无需人工干涉和阻抗测量仪的永磁电机驱动系统的电感参数自我测量。 The quadrature-axis and direct-axis inductances of the stator windings of permanent magnet motors are the key parameters.They are usually measured with an impedance meter and manually changing the rotor position.This paper applies a small current SPWM voltage excitation signal to the permanent magnet synchronous motor through the driver,then collects the corresponding line voltage and phase current and uses the discrete fourier transform(DFT)algorithm to extract its fundamental wave component,reducing the impact of harmonic components,further calculate the inductance.In order to automatically rotate the motor to the rotor position corresponding to the quadrature-axis and direct-axis inductances,this paper uses a three-phase current space vector position positioning method to reduce manual intervention.Experimental research shows that compared with the results measured by the LCR impedance meter,the absolute errors of the quadrature-axis and direct-axis inductances are-0.28mH and 0.03mH,and the relative errors are within±2.5%,which provides reliable parameters for the accurate control of the motor.Therefore,the selfmeasurement of the inductance parameter of the permanent magnet motor driving system without artificial interference and impedance meter is realized.
