摘要 研制了一套基于织物电极的可穿戴体表电位标测系统,该系统包括32导联可穿戴心电衣、可变导联模拟前端、高速同步数据采集系统和计算机。相对于传统心电监护设备,通过自制可穿戴心电衣和体表电位标测系统,在提高舒适性和便利性的同时,增加了信号采样范围和时间分辨率。最终,以商用心电监护设备采样信号为参考,通过对模拟心电信号和真实人体信号的测量实验,证实了系统的可靠性。该系统的研制将为临床心脏疾病辅助诊断提供新的可行性选择。 A fabric electrode-based wearable body surface potential mapping system is proposed,which includes 32-lead wearable ECG vest,lead-changeable analog front-end,high speed and high-synchronization data acquisition system,and computer.Compare to the traditional ECG monitor,through using self-made wearable ECG vest and self-built body surface potential mapping system,this system can wildly increase the sample range and time resolution in comfort and convenience situation.Finally,make the commercial ECG monitor as the reference,the reliability of the system is verified by recording the generated ECG signals and real human body surface potential signals.The develop of this system would provide a feasibility choice for clinical heart disease diagnosis.
