DR与X线对隐匿性肋骨骨折的诊断效果对比

摘要 目的对比分析DR与X线对隐匿性肋骨骨折的诊断效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2019年10月惠州市第三人民医院收治的100例隐匿性肋骨骨折患者的临床资料,按检查方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组患者实施X线检查方法,研究组患者实施DR检查方法。比较两组患者的影像质量及诊断效果;分析两组患者影像学特征。结果研究组患者质量总合格率(96.00%)高于对照组(60.00%)(P<0.05);两组患者单/双侧骨折、1根/2根/3根肋骨骨折及前肋骨、后肋骨、肋弓部骨折检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论隐匿性肋骨骨折实施DR检查方法的检查诊断准确率、质量合格率更高。
