摘要 以船用国产6135型柴油机为研究对象。使用AVLBOOST软件建立柴油机模型,添加选择性催化还原仿真装置,研究催化器的长度、体积、孔密度等结构参数对柴油机尾气脱硝率、尾气压降的影响。通过研究发现随着SCR催化器长度的增加,尾气脱硝率和尾气压降同时升高;随着催化器体积的增大,尾气脱硝率逐渐提高而排气压降减少;随着催化器孔密度的增加,尾气脱硝率和尾气压降均上升。 The SCR system of coast guard marine 6135 diesel engine is taken as the simulation object.The diesel engine model is built by using AVLBOOST software,and the SCR device is added to the model to achieve the simulation purpose.The effects of the length,volume and pore density of catalytic converters on the denitrification rate and exhaust pressure drop of diesel engine are studied.It is found that with the increase of SCR catalyst length,the denitration rate and tail gas pressure drop increase simultaneously.With the increase of catalyst volume,the denitration rate of tail gas increases gradually,while the exhaust pressure drop decreases.Increasing the cell density of catalytic converter can effectively improve the NOX reduction ratio and also increase the tail gas pressure drop.
