摘要
由于压力容器具有高危险性,同时极易发生安全事故,因此分析其危害产生的原因,对压力容器的安全预防极为重要。文章从人为因素、设施设备缺陷和磨损腐蚀等方面详细分析导致压力容器产生安全问题的原因,并针对这些原因,从工艺、材料、制造、管理和安全等方面提出了相应的改进措施和建议。
Pressure containers are highly dangerous and prone to safety accidents,so it is very important to analyze the causes of the hazards for the safety prevention of pressure vessels.The paper analyzes the causes of safety problems of pressure vessels in detail from the aspects of human factors,defects of equipment,wear and corrosion,etc.In view of these reasons,the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of process,material,manufacture,management and safety.
