2018版国家基层糖尿病防治管理指南护理相关内容解读

Interpretation of Nursing Related Parts in National Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Diabetes in Primary Care(2018)

2018年12月中华医学会糖尿病学分会发布了《国家基层糖尿病防治管理指南(2018)》,为推动该指南在临床中更好地被应用,本文就指南中护理相关部分进行梳理,并从重视护士参与的团队管理,明确护理工作重点、加强区域联动,规范糖尿病患者的健康管理几个方面对指南内容进行解读,以期为提升基层医疗卫生机构护理人员对糖尿病防治和管理的临床护理决策提供参考。

In December 2018,National Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Diabetes in Primary Care was issued by Chinese Diabetes Society.For better application of the guidelines in clinical practice,this article teases out the nursing related parts in the guidelines,and then interprets the guidelines from 3 aspects:attach importance to nurse-involved team management,clarify the focus of nursing services to strengthen regional linkage and provide a health management standard for diabetic patients,in order to provide a reference for improving the clinical decision making in nursing by nurses in community medical institutions on the prevention and control of diabetes.
