气囊背心排痰仪在学龄前肺炎喘嗽患儿中的应用

Application of Sputum Elimination Airbag Vests in Preschool Children with Pneumonic Cough

目的探讨气囊背心排痰仪在学龄前肺炎喘嗽患儿中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2017年9月—2018年4月在上海中医药大学附属市中医医院儿科住院的学龄前轻症肺炎喘嗽患儿60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予常规治疗、护理和传统胸部物理治疗,观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上使用气囊背心排痰仪。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、主要临床症状和体征消失时间及治疗依从性。结果观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率、主要症状和体征消失时间、治疗依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气囊背心排痰仪可有效辅助学龄前儿童肺炎喘嗽的治疗,临床疗效好且患儿治疗依从性高,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of sputum elimination airbag vests in preschool children with pneumonic cough.Methods By convenient sampling,a total of 60 preschool children with mild pneumonic cough were selected as subjects who were hospitalized in the Pediatric Department of Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to April 2018,and then randomized into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was given conventional treatment,nursing and chest physiotherapy,while the observation group received sputum elimination airbag vest in addition to conventional treatment and nursing.The children in both group were compared for their clinical efficacy,the time of main clinical symptoms and signs disappeared,and compliance.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment,the time of main symptoms and signs disappeared and the compliance in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sputum elimination airbag vest is effective in the adjuvant treatment of preschool children with pneumonic cough due to sound clinical efficacy and high compliance.Thus,it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
