摘要
随着我国管道和电力行业的快速发展,管道与输电线路并行、交叉敷设的问题日益突出,交流干扰腐蚀对管道、阴极保护设备和人员安全造成威胁。针对管道交流腐蚀评价准则缺少统一、公认的判定依据,为科学识别、判断管道交流干扰腐蚀,阐述了欧洲管道交流腐蚀的判定准则和实践做法,总结了管道交流腐蚀判定准则的研究进程和主流观点;分析指出单独基于阴极保护电位、交流干扰电压和交流电流密度准则的适用性和局限性,综合交、直流电流密度比值和保护电位的评价准则是未来的研究方向。结合我国管道阴极保护工作现状,提出了管道交流干扰腐蚀判定准则的应用和改进建议。
With the rapid development of China's pipeline and power industry,the problem of parallel and cross laying of pipelines and power transmission lines has become increasingly prominent.AC interference corrosion threatens the safety of pipeline,cathodic protection equipment and personnel.However,there is a lack of unified and recognized evaluation criteria for AC corrosion of pipeline.In order to identify the AC interference corrosion of pipelines scientifically,this paper introduces the judgment criteria of the AC corrosion of pipelines in Europe and practices,and summarizes the research process and the mainstream viewpoints of the judgment criteria for the AC corrosion of pipelines.The applicability and limitations of the criteria based on cathodic protection potential,AC interference voltage and AC current density separately are pointed out.It is held that the evaluation criterion based on AC and DC current density ratio and cathodic protection potential is the future research direction.Finally,according to the current situation of pipeline cathodic protection in China,the application and improvement suggestions of AC interference corrosion criterion of pipeline are put forward.
