摘要
井下安全阀因故障出现阀瓣意外关闭,导致无法进行钢丝、电缆、连续油管等作业。针对安全阀意外关闭的情况,设计了井下安全阀全通径强开工具,该强开工具通过释放装置,将卷簧释放至井下安全阀阀瓣处,使阀瓣保持原有通径永久打开。在室内工具评价及海上气井的成功应用,证明了该井下安全阀全通径强开工具结构设计合理、实验性能优良、性能可靠,可作为一种安全阀意外关闭的处理技术手段运用于同类井中。
If the valve disc of downhole safety valve is closed accidentally due to failure,the steel wire,cable and coiled tubing cannot work.In order to prevent the safety valve from closing accidentally,a full-size forced opening tool for the downhole safety valve is designed.The forced opening tool releases the coil spring to the valve disc of the downhole safety valve through the release device,so as to keep the original diameter of the valve disc open permanently.The laboratory evaluation and successful application of the tool in off⁃shore gas wells proves that it has reasonable structure and reliable performance,which can be used in the same kind of wells as a tech⁃nical means for dealing with unexpected closing of safety valve.
