摘要
为解决阻力伞杆端关节轴承外圈合格率低、外球面表面质量不稳定及内球面尺寸一致性差的问题,采用二次装夹车削上、下球头的工艺方法,利用现有的加工设备,设计专用工装夹具,解决了阻力伞杆端关节轴承外圈的车削加工难题。经实际生产证明,阻力伞杆端关节轴承外圈表面质量和内球面尺寸均符合工艺要求,合格率达到100%。
In order to solve low qualified rate,unstable surface quality of outer spherical surface and poor consistency of size of inner spherical surface of outer rings of rod end spherical plain bearings for resistance parachute,the turning of upper and lower ball heads with secondary clamping is used,and by designing the special fixture and using existing processing equipment,the difficult turning of outer rings of the bearings is solved.The actual production shows that the surface quality and size of inner spherical surface of outer rings of the bearings meet processing requirements,and the qualified rate reaches 100%.
