氮化硅陶瓷球冷等静压过程有限元模拟及试验验证

摘要 利用Abaqus软件对氮化硅陶瓷球的冷等静压(CIP)成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了氮化硅陶瓷球在CIP成形过程中致密度的变化和粉末颗粒的流动规律,研究了其应力分布,并进行了试验验证,结果表明:在CIP成形过程中,致密化曲线可分为4个阶段,相对密度的分布存在环形密度差现象,试验证明该工艺可以改善氮化硅陶瓷球压坯密度和组织结构分布的均匀性。 The cold isostatic pressing(CIP)forming process for silicon nitride ceramic balls is simulated numerically by using Abaqus software,the change of density and flow law of powder particles of silicon nitride ceramic balls during CIP forming process are analyzed.The stress distribution is studied,and the experimental verification is carried out.The results show that during CIP forming process,the densification curve is divided into four stages,the distribution of relative density has phenomenon of ring density difference.The experiment proves that the technology improves green density and distribution uniformity of microstructure of silicon nitride ceramic balls.
