抑尘剂的使用是改善扬尘问题、优化矿山工作环境、保护工人健康行之有效的方案。复合型生态友好抑尘剂(CPG)依据矿山条件进行针对性研发,由植物胶等天然高分子添加剂以及其他有机材料复配而成,主要包含润湿剂、保湿剂、粘结剂、增稠剂、抑菌剂等功能性组分,其安全环保,易降解,无二次污染问题,符合生态矿山的环保理念。该抑尘剂具备润湿保湿、粘结吸附、固化结壳等功能,在复杂的矿山条件下使用更为高效。其应用于国内某钼矿尾矿库,抑尘效率理想,现场喷播后5天内PM10抑尘效率可达90%以上。

The use of suppressant is an effective plan to renovate the dust problem,optimize the working environment of the mine and protect the health of workers.Eco-friendly composite suppressant(CPG)is specifically researched and developed according to the condition of mine.It is composed of natural polymer additives such as plant gum and other organic materials.It mainly contains functional components such as wetting agent,humectants,thickener and bactericide.It is safe,environmentally friendly and easy to degrade,and free of secondary pollution.It conforms to the environmental protection concept of ecological mine.This suppressant has the functions of moistening,binding and absorbing,welding and crusting,which is more efficient in complicated mine conditions.When it is applied to a certain domestic molybdenum mine tailings pond,the dust suppression performance is ideal and the dust suppression rate can reach more than 90%within 5 days after spraying.
