摘要
针对李楼铁矿镜铁矿石浮选使用加温药剂时暴露出的环保压力大、生产成本高等问题,选厂进行了一系列新工艺、新设备的应用和流程优化改造,为使用常温浮选药剂创造了条件。在多种药剂反复试验与优化的基础上,最终选择了鞍山的TD型捕收剂,使浮选矿浆温度由35℃以上降至16℃,在生产指标略好、药剂成本略降的情况下,年可节约天然气加温费用800万元,且环境效益显著,对国内类似选厂具有一定的借鉴意义。
In view of the problems of environmental protection pressure and high production cost in Lilou Iron Mine specularite flotation exposed when using heating flotation reagent.The concentrator has carried out a series of new processes,the application of new equipment and process optimization transformation,which provides the necessary conditions for the use of room temperature flotation reagents.On the basis of repeated tests and optimization of various agents,Anshan TD collector was finally selected,which reduces the temperature of flotation pulp from above 35℃to 16℃.The annual heating cost of natural gas can be saved 8 million yuan under the condition of slightly better production index and slightly lower chemical cost,and the environmental benefit is significant,which has certain reference significance for similar domestic concentrators.
