抚顺某磁铁矿石制备超级铁精矿试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了确定抚顺某磁铁矿石生产超级铁精矿的工艺流程进行了选矿试验。试验采用高压辊磨闭路辊压(湿筛)—粗粒中场强磁选—磨矿分级—弱磁选—预先分级—磨矿分级—弱磁选—浮选流程处理。在高压辊磨机工作压力为8.5 MPa、一段磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占65%,高品位铁精矿高频细筛筛孔宽为0.075 mm,塔磨再磨细度为-0.038 mm占90%,高纯铁精矿1粗2精阳离子反浮选,捕收剂十二胺分段添加量为16.37+8.18+3.27 g/t情况下,可获得全铁品位为68.01%、全铁回收率为86.21%的高品位铁精矿;全铁品位70.95%、全铁回收率为42.32%的高纯铁精矿,全铁品位为65.40%、全铁回收率为43.89%的副产铁精矿;全铁品位为71.81%、全铁回收率为17.93%、酸不溶物含量0.14%的超级铁精矿,全铁品位为67.08%、全铁回收率为68.28%的副产铁精矿。 In order to determine the technological process of producing super iron concentrate from a magnetite ore in Fushun,the beneficiation test was carried out.The high pressure roller mill closed-circuit rolling(wet screen)-coarse particle low intensity magnetic separation-grinding classification-low intensity magnetic separation-pre classification-grinding classification-low intensity magnetic separation-flotation process was adopted in the test.When the working pressure of high pressure roller mill is 8.5 MPa,the grinding fineness of first stage is-0.075 mm accounting for 65%,high frequency fine screen of high-grade iron concentrate with a width of 0.075 mm,the regrinding fineness of tower mill is-0.038 mm accounting for 90%,high purity iron concentrate via one roughing two cleaning cationic reverse flotation,the amount of dodecylamine added in different stages is 16.37+8.18+3.27 g/t,it can be obtained that:high grade iron concentrate with iron grade of 68.01%and total iron recovery of 86.21%;high purity iron concentrate with total iron grade of 70.95%and total iron recovery rate of 42.32%,by-product iron concentrate with total iron grade of 65.40%and total iron recovery rate of 43.89%;super iron concentrate with total iron grade of 71.81%,total iron recovery rate of 17.93%,acid insoluble content of 0.14%,by-product iron concentrate with total iron grade of 67.08%and total iron recovery rate of 68.28%.
