摘要
含铅锌渣中的铅元素回收日益迫切,通常采用晶相调控的方法将其中的铅硫化成人造方铅矿,然后浮选回收。但是传统黄原酸类捕收剂对人造方铅矿捕收能力较弱,采用一种新型混合捕收剂替代传统黄原酸盐可强化其浮选。通过浮选、动电位、吸附量及分子动力学模拟等方法进行了浮选强化的机理研究。结果表明,以戊基黄酸钾为捕收剂时,人造方铅矿的可浮性较差,但采用混合捕收剂后,其可浮性得到改善。结合动电位测量、吸附量检测和分子动力学模拟表明,混合捕收剂中不同组分间相互促进在人造方铅矿表面的吸附强化了其浮选。
The recovery of lead from lead-zinc slag is becoming more and more urgent.commonly,the Pb element is changed into galena by crystalline phase control and then floated as concentrate.However,the traditional xanthate collector is weak in collecting the synthetic galena.It was found that the flotation could be improved by a new mixed collector.The mechanism of flotation enhancement was studied by means of flotation,dynamic potential,adsorption capacity and molecular dynamics simulation.The results show that the floatability of the synthetic galena was poor when the amyl xanthate was used as collector,but the flotability was improved using mixed collector.The results of dynamic potential measurement,adsorption capacity detection and molecular simulation show that the different components of the mixed collector promote each other's adsorption on the surface of the synthetic galena,so the flotation is strengthened.
