摘要
当没有正确合理排放矿井水时很容易产生水锤,引发更多问题。为了预防水锤产生,相关技术人员应在遵循闭环理论的基础上,合理控制闸阀关闭速度,采用可控闸阀设计模式。为了进一步验证可控闸阀的实际效果,建立数值仿真软件液压系统模型,调查仿真结果可知,伺服控制阀可以达到合理控制闸阀关闭速度的效果,可控防水锤闸阀具备良好的稳定性,为此后设备选择工作提供了更多支持。
When the mine water is not discharged properly and reasonably,it is easy to produce water hammer and cause more problems.In order to prevent water hammer,relevant technicians should follow the closed-loop theory,reasonably control the closing speed of gate valve,and adopt the controllable gate valve design mode.In order to further verify the actual effect of the controllable gate valve,the hydraulic system model of the numerical simulation software is established.The investigation and simulation results show that the servo control valve can achieve the effect of reasonably controlling the closing speed of the gate valve,and the controllable waterproof hammer gate valve has good stability,which provides more support for the later equipment selection.
