我国硫化矿石自燃防治关键技术研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:4

摘要 为了给我国金属矿山硫化矿石自燃灾害防治技术发展提供决策依据,根据近年来国内外有关硫化矿石自燃行为特征及其防治技术的研究现状,系统阐述了硫化矿石自燃机制、预测预报技术、综合治理技术等重点领域的研究进展;结合当前金属矿山自燃灾害现状和冶金工业发展形势,指出了硫化矿石自燃演化机制、准确探测火源位置、监测与预警技术、防灭火技术与装备和提高防控效能等关键技术问题仍是未来重点研发方向;硫化矿石自燃灾害防治技术的可持续科学发展对于保障金属矿山安全高效开采与促进生态环境保护具有重要意义。 In order to provide decision-making basis for the development of self-ignition disaster prevention and control technology in metal mines in China,according to the research status of spontaneous combustion and prevention and control technology of sulfide ore in recent years,the key research fields such as spontaneous combustion mechanism,prediction and forecast technology and comprehensive treatment technology of sulfide ore are systematically expounded.In view of the current status of spontaneous combustion disasters in metal mines and the development of metallurgical industry,key scientific issues such as spontaneous combustion mechanism of sulfide ore,accurate detection of fire source location,the monitoring,detection and early warning technology,the fire prevention and extinguishing material technology and equipment,and to improve the control efficiency would still be the key exploration and development directions;The sustainable development of sulfide ore spontaneous combustion disaster prevention and control technology is of great significance for ensuring the safe production of metal mines and promoting ecological environmental protection.
