大红山铁矿二道河采区基建通风系统

摘要 矿井通风系统依托于开拓系统,服务于生产作业,具有稳定性和动态性的双重属性。通风系统优化不仅依赖于自身开拓方式,同其相关联的通风系统息息相关。针对矿山基建期开拓系统处于逐步建设完成的特殊时期,通风巷道逐步完善,系统缺乏贯穿风流,污风串联严重的问题,开展基建期通风系统优化应用研究。以大红山铁矿二道河采区为工程背景,利用Ventsim通风模拟软件建立通风系统数字模型,通过实测采集现场巷道参数建立巷道数据库,开展基建期通风系统网络解算,确立通风系统最优化方案,模拟系统建立、参数测定及风机性能测定的结果相互验证了其科学性和可行性。 The mine ventilation system relies on the development system to serve production operations,and has the dual attributes of stability and dynamics.Ventilation system optimization not only depends on its own way of development,but is also closely related to its associated ventilation system.Aiming at the special period of the construction period of the mine during the construction period,the ventilation roadway is gradually improved,the system lacks through-air flow,and serious pollution and wind are connected in series.Researches on the optimization and application of the ventilation system during the infrastructure period are carried out.Taking the Dahongshan Iron Mine Erdaohe mining area as the engineering background,the Ventsim ventilation simulation software was used to establish a digital model of the ventilation system.The roadway database was established by collecting field parameters from the field measurements.The results of the scheme,simulation system establishment,parameter determination and fan performance measurement mutually verify its scientificity and feasibility.
