因整车防腐性能作为市场消费者的重要关注点,整车厂都十分重视车辆生产制造过程中的防腐设计及制造。本文从冲压、焊接、涂装、总装4大工艺展开,对生产制造过程中的整车防腐要点、常见缺陷及预防措施做简要探讨。

As the anticorrosive property of car body is an important concern in automotive market,the vehicle manufacturers are particularly focused on the anticorrosion design of car body in production.In this article,the anticorrosion points and typical defects as well as preventive measures are described as viewed from four car-manufacturing processes including stamping process,welding process,painting process and assembling process.
