Influential Factor and Prevention of Color Difference in Pigmented Topcoat for Bus

客车的颜色和图案以定制化生产为主,种类繁多,经常容易出现色差问题。客车实色面漆色差产生的原因主要有两个方面:一是涂料本身颜色与标准颜色之间的差异;二是面漆涂装施工过程中造成的颜色变化。本文结合客车面漆生产和涂装的具体工艺过程,分析了色差产生的主要影响因素,提出了控制和预防措施。

The color and pattern of bus are mainly produced according to the customer requirements.The color difference is one of disadvantages of the bus,which is mainly resulted from two different aspects:one is the color difference between the paint and standard template;another is the color change during the coating process.In this article,the main influential factors and the prevention measures of the color difference were discussed as viewed from the process of paint production and application.
