摘要 对户外黑色半光粉的表面性能进行改善,主要从聚酯树脂、消光剂、填料以及制粉工艺等方面来观察其对涂层表面流平的影响。通过配方优化,得到了一款表面流平较好、光泽稳定、冲击优异的户外黑色半光粉末。 In order to improve the surface properties of outdoor black semi-gloss powder,the effects of polyester resin,matting agent,filler and powdering technology on the surface leveling of the coating are investigated.The formulation of powder coatings is optimized accordingly to obtain an outdoor black semi-gloss powder with good surface leveling,stable gloss and excellent impact resistance.
