摘要
综合交通客运枢纽作为综合交通运输体系的重要组成部分,是各种对外交通运输方式及城市间实现高效衔接的关键环节,枢纽信息化服务是支撑枢纽高效协同运行和保证旅客服务的重要技术手段。总结了综合交通客运枢纽信息服务需求,剖析了枢纽信息服务发展路径,梳理了现阶段枢纽信息化服务发展状况,探索了枢纽的发展方向,提出了枢纽信息化服务发展的主要趋势。
As an important component of integrated transportation system,the integrated transportation passenger hub is the key link of realizing the efficient connection among various external transportation modes and cities.The informationization service of the hub is an important technological means of supporting its efficiently coordinated operation and guaranteeing the passenger service.The demand for the informationization service of the integrated transportation hub is summarized.The development pathway of informationization service of the hub is analyzed.The development situations of informationization service of the hub at this stage are sorted out.The development direction of the hub is explored.The major trend of development of the hub informationization service is proposed.
