摘要
上海市南区污水输送干线是上海市中心城区建成的第一条污水干线,由于建设年代久远,已陆续发生结构性损坏,亟需改造。南干线改造工程通过对现状箱涵进行非开挖修复、局部管道改建、泵站迁建及改造等方式,恢复并提升干线污水输送能力,提高片区污水输送安全。设计过程中,采用一系列新理念、新技术和方法,为今后特大管涵的改造及提升运行维护管理积累设计经验。
Shanghai South Sewage Conveying Pipeline is the first sewage pipeline built in the central urban area of Shanghai.Its structural damage has been occurring because of old-age construction.It is in urgent need of reconstruction.Through the trenchless repair of the current box culvert,reconstruction of local pipelines,and removal and reconstruction of pumping stations,the sewage conveying capacity of the south pipeline reconstruction project will be recovered and improved in order to improve the sewage conveying safety of the area.In the design process,a series of new concept,new technology and new method are used to accumulate the design experience for the reconstruction of the extra-large pipe culvert and the improvement of operation and maintenance management.
