香椿组织培养外植体的选择和消毒

Selection and Disinfection of Tissue Culture Explants of Toona Sinensis Roem

以太和香椿优良母株为材料,研究太和香椿在进行组织培养时,不同外植体取材部位、不同消毒方法对其离体组织培养的影响。结果表明:在进行香椿的离体培养时,幼嫩茎段是优良部位;采用70%~75%的酒精浸泡30~40s后,再用0.1%的HgCl2消毒8分钟,对外植体的消毒效果最好。

Taking the excellent mother plant of Taihe Toona as the material,to study the effects of different explants and different disinfection methods on tissue culture of Taihe Toona.The results showed that the young and tender stem was the best part in vitro culture of Toona sinensis. After 30~40 s soaking in 70%~75% alcohol, the explants were sterilized with 0.1% HgCl2 for 8 minutes, and the effect of explants disinfection was the best.
