摘要
目的 建立以“病种管理”为抓手和以“绩效评价”为切入点的绩效管理模式,促进医院“转方式、调结构”,进一步强化大型公立医院诊治疑难杂症和危急重症的功能定位.方法 结合文献分析和专家咨询,建立医院病种绩效管理评价体系,在探索中不断完善.结果 通过病种绩效管理实践,对病种绩效运行指标进行监测、评价、分析,结果可应用于绩效激励.结论 基于病种的绩效管理,促进了医院业务结构优化,助力了医院运行策略调整,推动了医院管理水平提升.
Objective To establish a performance management model with"disease management"as the starting point and"performance evaluation"as the starting point to promote hospitals to"change the mode and adjust the structure"and further strengthen the functional orientation of diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases and critical diseases in large public hospitals.Methods Combined with literature analysis and expert consultation,the hospital had established a performance management and evaluation system for disease species,which had been constantly improved in the process of exploration.Results Through the practice of disease performance management,the performance indicators of disease performance were monitored,evaluated and analyzed,and the results were applied to performance incentive.Conclusion Performance management based on disease species can promote the optimization of hospital business structure,facilitate the adjustment of hospital operation strategies,and promote the improvement of hospital management level.
