车用连续纤维增强热塑性环氧树脂复合材料制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and Performances of Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Epoxy Resin Composite for Automotive Applications

摘要 采用原位聚合法,在甲基三苯基溴化膦催化剂作用下,以双酚A二缩水甘油醚通过双酚A进行扩链的方法制备热塑性环氧树脂,并将其与传统热固性复合材料进行了对比。结果表明,热塑性复合材料层合板与热固性复合材料层合板相比,拉伸强度及拉伸弹性模量略低,弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量可以达到热固性复合材料层合板的86%和80%,基本能够媲美热固性复合材料。热塑性复合材料与短切纤维增强的片状模塑料及玻纤增强尼龙6、聚丙烯等热塑性复合材料相比,强度、模量相对更高。此外,其不仅具有较高的力学性能,且具有较高的玻璃化转变温度,能够在较宽的温度范围内作为结构材料使用。该制备热塑性复合材料的方法具有较好的工艺性,可以方便实现连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料的大规模工业化生产;制备的热塑性复合材料具有优良的综合性能,可应用于汽车零部件领域。 Thermoplastic epoxy resin was prepared by in-situ polymerization with bisphenol A diglycidyl ether through bisphenol A chain extension under the action of methyl triphenyl phosphine bromide catalyst.The properties of thermoplastic epoxy resin were compared with those of the traditional thermosetting composites.The results show that the tensile strength and elastic modulus of thermoplastic composite laminates are slightly lower than those of thermosetting composite laminates,and the bending strength and modulus of thermoplastic composite laminates can respectively reach 86%and 80%of those of thermosetting composite laminates.Compared with short cut fiber reinforced sheet molding compound and glass fiber reinforced nylon 6,polypropylene composites,the prepared thermoplastic composite has higher strength and modulus.In addition,the thermoplastic composite has not only higher mechanical properties,but also higher glass transition temperature,and it can be used as a structural material in a wide temperature range.The method of preparing the thermoplastic composites has good technicality and can be used to realize the large-scale industrial production of the continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites.The prepared thermoplastic composite has excellent comprehensive properties and can be used in the field of auto parts.
