摘要
介绍了一种转轴支座零件的塑料注射模具设计过程。在分析零件结构特征和产量要求的基础上,对比了四种不同的分型面设计,并从中选择了一种各方面性能最优的解决方案。模具采用一模两件结构,零件侧面O型环和异形凸起特征分别采用侧抽芯机构和主分型面开模的成型方式,解决了开模顶出中可能出现的脱模干涉问题。在成型零件十字销特征的深槽位置,成型部件设计了镶件结构,既缓解了模具充填过程中的排气问题,又可降低模仁的加工难度,改善其加工工艺性。生产实践检验表明,该模具结构紧凑合理,成型产品性能稳定。
The process of the plastic injection mold design for the rotary shaft support parts was introduced.Based on the analysis of structural characteristics and production requirements of parts,four different parting surface designs were compared,and the optimal solution was selected,which was the best one in all aspects.The“one mold two pieces”structure was determined.The side core-pulling mechanism and main parting surface were adopted respectively,to form the O-ring and the lugs on the part side,which solved the problem of the mold release interference.The insert structure was used at the deep groove position of the cross pin,which could relieve the problem of filling and exhausting effectively,reduce the processing difficulty of the core and improve its machining technology.Through the production practice,it is proved that the mold structure is compact and reasonable,and the product performance is steady.
