摘要
提出一个评估复合材料自然老化寿命的流程。以单向玻璃纤维和碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料试样为对象,在统计分析南京地区室外暴露条件下自然老化环境因素的基础上,采用环境当量等效方法制定了实验室加速老化环境谱进行加速老化试验,预测这些材料在自然老化环境下的剩余强度,并通过与自然老化试验结果对比来验证加速试验方法的正确性。结果表明,提出的加速老化方法能正确反映自然老化弯曲强度下降规律,该方法可以通过约2个月的加速老化试验准确预估复合材料3年自然老化的剩余弯曲强度,整体加速倍数约为18。对不同复合材料进行当量等效加速老化时,建议采用复合材料结构在服役过程中采集到的阶段性自然老化数据修正当量等效加速老化系数,这样可以得到更加准确的老化预估结果。
An experiment procedure for evaluating the natural ageing life of composites was presented.With unidirectional glass fiber and carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin matrix composite samples as the object,on the basis of statistical analysis of natural aging environmental factors under outdoor exposure conditions in Nanjing area,the accelerated aging test was carried out by using the environmental equivalent method to predict the residual strength of these materials under natural aging environment,and the correctness of the accelerated test method was verified by comparing with the results of natural aging test.The results show that the proposed accelerated aging method can correctly reflect the declining law of natural aging bending strength,and the method can accurately predict the residual bending strength of composites after 3 years of natural aging through the accelerated aging test of about 2 months,and the overall acceleration multiple is about 18.When equivalent accelerated aging is carried out for different composites,it is suggested to use the data of stage natural aging collected during service to correct equivalent accelerated aging coefficient,so as to obtain more accurate aging prediction results.
