摘要
通过对高职院校数学教师问卷调查和个别访谈的方式,客观反映教师对学科核心素养的认知和理解水平,数据显示,教师存在主观接受课程改革新要求但对具体的数学核心素养内涵缺乏深入探讨,难以跟进素养导向的教学评价等问题,建议通过锻造教师队伍、推进教学改革、优化课程资源、开辟选修课程、融入实践活动、优化评价方式等途径合力推进以数学核心素养培养为目的的课程改革。
The questionnaires and individual interviews with Mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges objectively reflect the level of knowledge and understanding of the teachers’core literacy.The data shows that the teachers subjectively accept the new requirements of curriculum reform but they are lack of the connotation of specific mathematical core literacy andin-depth discussion,therefore,it is difficult to follow up on literacy-oriented teaching evaluation and other issues.It is recommended to jointly promote the curriculum reform with the aim of cultivating mathematical core literacy bybuilding teacher groups,promoting teaching reform,optimizing curriculum resources,developing elective courses,integrating practical activities,and optimizing evaluation methods.
