摘要
陶行知"学生自治"思想实现了自律与他律的统一,在中职校班级管理中实行"学生自治"有利于促进学生的自主发展。文章从实践层面探讨了基于陶行知"学生自治"思想,以班级小组为单位,运用积分制实行班级小组自治的班级管理模式。
Mr.TAOXingzhi’s idea of"student autonomy"realizes the unity of self-discipline and heteronomy.The implementation of"student autonomy"in class management in secondary vocational schools is conducive to promoting the independent development of the students.Thispaper discusses the class management model based on Mr.TAOXingzhi’sidea of"student autonomy"which takes the class group as the unit and uses the point system to implement class group autonomy.
