摘要
阐述了非接触式在线元素分析仪的原理、功能和使用方法,并对不同的标准煤样进行了相应的测试实验,静态标定结果:灰分的均方根差为0.54%,全硫的均方根差为0.03%;动态标定结果:灰分的均方根差为1.13%,硫分的均方根差为0.28%,分析仪示值十分接近实验室化验值。试验结果表明:用非接触式PGNAA在线元素分析仪可实时测量煤样的灰分、硫含量,测定快速、无需操作,可应用在煤质洗选领域进行指导分类堆放和装车站配煤。
The principle,function and use method of the non-contact online element analyzer are explained,and the corresponding test experiments are carried out on different standard coal samples.The static calibration results the root mean square difference for ash is 0.54%,and the root mean square difference for total sulfur is 0.03%.The dynamic calibration result the root mean square difference for ash is 1.13%,the root mean square difference for sulfur is 0.28%,and the analyzer display is very close to the laboratory test value.The test results show that the non-contact PGNAA online element analyzer can be used to measure the ash and sulfur content of coal samples in real time.The determination is fast and requires no operation.It can be used in the field of coal washing to guide classified stacking and coal loading stations.
