摘要 针对辛置煤矿选煤厂中煤灰分偏高、发热量偏低,煤泥灰分偏低问题,将中煤、矸石稀介质分离,矸石稀介质粗颗粒经磁选、浓缩、脱水后进入矸石系统外排;中煤稀介质中粗颗粒回收脱水后掺入中煤。实施中煤、矸石粗煤泥分离技术改造后,矸石粗煤泥灰分达到75%以上;中煤粗煤泥灰分达到32%左右,稳定了中煤产品质量,确保中煤产品发热量合格,同时,中煤粗煤泥旋流器溢流进入浮选回收,提高了浮精产率和煤泥灰分。 Aiming at the problem of high coal ash content,low calorific in middling,and low coal slime ash content in Xinzhi coal preparation plant,the medium coal and gangue thin media are separated,and the gangue is discharged outside after magnetic separation,concentration and dehydration.The coarse particles in the medium coal dilute medium are recovered and dehydrated and mixed into the medium coal.The implementation of the technical transformation for the separation of coal and gangue coarse slime,the ash content of the gangue coarse slime reached more than 75%.The ash content of the coarse slime of the medium coal reached about 32%,which stabilized the quality of the medium coal product and ensured that the calorific value of the medium coal product was qualified.The medium coal coarse slime cyclone overflows into the flotation recovery,which improves the floatation yield and slime ash content.
