摘要
以淮安、沂源、荥阳3个地区试验路段上的悬铃木为试验材料,通过喷洒悬铃散(果球生长抑制剂),研究其对试验悬铃木果球生长及生理指标的影响,从而评价悬铃散治理悬铃木飘絮污染的综合效果。结果表明:喷洒后,3个地区悬铃木果球直径显著下降;果球的电导率显著增加,含水率显著减少;果球SOD和POD活性较治理前显著升高;果球可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量显著下降。认为悬铃散使得试验路段上的悬铃木果球生长受到抑制,果球营养物质积累减少,果球数量显著降低,从而削弱了悬铃木果毛飘絮的污染。
With trees of Platanus acerifolia at Huai′an,Yiyuan and Xingyang as testing materials and a cone growth inhibitor called Xuanlingsan(a Platanus float inhibitor),the effects of the inhibitor on the growth of the cones were studied to further evaluate the comprehensive effect to control the pollution of P.acerifolia.The results showed that after spraying Xuanlingsan,(1)The diameter of P.acerifolia cones in three areas were decreased significantly.(2)The conductivity of the cones increased significantly while the water content significantly reduced.(3)The SOD and POD activities of the cones increased significantly.(4)The soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of cones were decreased significantly.So it is concluded that Xuanlingsan significantly inhibited the growth of the P.acerifolia cones and reduced the nutrient accumulation,reduced the number of cones significantly in above-mentioned 3 different areas,thus reduced the cones’fluff pollution.
