吸能盒仿真应力-应变曲线反求优化设计

摘要 在吸能盒碰撞仿真中,准确的应力-应变曲线是获得可靠仿真结果的前提。为获得准确的应力-应变曲线,以吸能盒在实际压缩中测得的力-行程曲线为参考,采用了试验设计、近似模型和遗传算法相结合的反求优化方法,对吸能盒仿真应力-应变曲线参数进行二次反求优化计算,将二次反求优化得出的仿真应力-应变曲线参数输入到仿真模型中,与试验数据进行对比。结果表明:仿真求解与试验得出的力-行程曲线整体变化趋势基本吻合,仿真求解和试验得出的触发力、平台力的偏离度较小。 In the crash simulation of the energy absorbing box,the accurate stress-strain curve is the prerequisite for obtaining reliable simulation results.In order to obtain an accurate stress-strain curve,the force-stroke curve measured by the energy absorbing box in actual compression is used as a reference.It adopts the quadratic reverse optimization method combining experimental design,approximate model and genetic algorithm to calculate the parameters of simulated stress-strain curve.Then the obtained parameters are input into the simulation model and compares with the experimental data.The results show that the simulation result is basically consistent with the overall trend of the force-stroke curve by the test,and the deviation of the trigger force and the platform force between simulation and test is small.
