摘要
将EVA防水卷材生产过程中的废边循环利用,破碎处理后与环保型抗氧剂、紫外线吸收剂、硅系阻燃剂混合造粒制成环保抗老化阻燃母粒,再与EVA、mPE和HDPE共混,制备出环保阻燃型EVA防水卷材。结果表明,VA含量为5%~7%、HDPE份数为45%、模头到三辊的距离≤5 mm、裁边尺寸约5 cm、Ⅰ辊和Ⅱ辊的速比为1∶1.05~1∶1.1,且辊隙间物料呈铅笔状旋转时,制得的EVA防水卷材各项性能最佳、厚度极限偏差最小、生产成本最低。
The waste edges in the production process of EVA waterproofing membrane are recycled,crushed,mixed with environmentally friendly antioxidants,ultraviolet absorbers and silicon flame retardants to make environmentally friendly anti-aging flame retardant masterbatch,and then blended with EVA,m PE and HDPE to prepare environmentally friendly flame-retardant EVA waterproofing membrane.The results show that when the content of VA is 5%~7%,the content of HDPE is 45%,the distance from die head to three rolls is less than 5 mm,the cutting edge size is about 5 cm,the speed ratio of rollⅠto rollⅡis 1∶1.05~1∶1.1,and the material between rollers is in pencil shape,the properties of EVA waterproofing membrane are the best,the limit deviation of thickness is the smallest and the production cost is the lowest.
