摘要
某机场航站楼采用不锈钢屋面结构,设置了防水垫层来增强金属屋面的防水性能。通过对几种不同的防水垫层材料进行综合性能测试来考察其适用性,重点分析了防水垫层的拉伸性能和耐热性能,结果表明,综合性能符合JC/T1068—2008《坡屋面用防水材料自粘聚合物沥青防水垫层》要求且耐热性较好的自粘聚合物沥青PET膜面防水垫层适用于该项目。
Stainless steel roof structure is adopted for some airport terminal, and waterproofing underlayer is laid to reinforce the waterproofness. Through comprehensive performance testing for a few different waterproofing underlayers, the paper studies their applicability and analyzes their tensile strength and heat resistance. Results show the self-adhesive polymer modified bituminous waterproofing underlayer surfaced with PET film which has good heat resistance and can meet the requirements of standard JC/T 1068—2008 "Waterproof materials for pitched roof: underlayments of self adhering polymer modified bituminous"is applicable to this project.
