Study on Weather Resistance of Single Component MS Sealant for Prefabricated Buildings

装配式建筑用单组分MS密封胶主要用于外墙拼接缝的密封防水,作为外墙板缝防水的第一道防线,其性能直接关系到建筑防水与密封效果及使用寿命。通过分析基础MS树脂、增塑剂、填料及耐候助剂的添加对MS密封胶耐候性能的影响,给出了制备装配式建筑用高性能MS密封胶的配方设计及选材建议。

Single component MS sealant for prefabricated buildings is mainly used for the sealing of outer wall joints. As the forefront waterproofing barrier, its performance is directly related to the effect and working life of building waterproofing and sealing. The paper analyzes influences of the adding of base MS resin, plasticizer, filler and weather-proof additive on the weather resistance of MS sealant, and it gives the recipe design of high-performance MS sealant for prefabricated building and suggestions on material selection.
