西藏虾脊兰属植物表型多样性研究

Studies on Phenotypic Diversity of Calanthe in Tibet

选取西藏虾脊兰属植物11个种为实验材料,对其叶片和花部结构共19个表型性状进行多样性分析。主要研究结果如下:(1)西藏虾脊兰属植物的表型性状具有高度的多样性,各指标性状差异较大;(2)变异系数的变动范围在4.99%~27.80%之间,平均变异系数为12.10%;(3)在欧式距离为15时,11种虾脊兰属植物聚为2类。本研究结果为该属植物的遗传改良和种质资源保存提供了理论依据。

Eleven species of Calanthe in Tibet were selected as experimental materials,and 19 phenotypic traitsof leaf and flower structure were analyzed.The main results are as follows:(1)the phenotypic characters of Calanthe in Tibet are highly diverse,and the characters of each index are quite different;(2)the coefficients of variation range between 4.99%~27.80%,and the average coefficient of variation is 12.10%;(3)at the euclidean distance of 10,11 species of Calanthe are clustered into 2 groups.The study on the phenotypic diversity of Calanthe in Tibet will provide theoretical basis for genetic improvement and germplasm resources preservation in this genus.
