摘要
本研究旨在探究不同种植年限的大花黄牡丹光合特性的差异,选用2a生、3a生、多年生(15a)大花黄牡丹为材料,测定其叶绿素含量、气体交换参数、光响应曲线、CO2响应曲线并加以分析。结果表明:大花黄牡丹除叶绿素含量、气体交换参数中Pn、Tr、Gs随种植年限增加而增加外,其他参数值的变化均未表现出一直增长或下降趋势,综合分析得出:大花黄牡丹总体上光合能力表现为3a>15a>2a,各生长时期对光能与CO2利用的范围和能力各有侧重。
The purpose of this study is to explore the differences of photosynthetic characteristics of Paeonia ludlowiin with different planting years.The two-year(2a),three-year(3a)and multi-year(15a)Paeonia ludlowiin were selected as materials,and their chlorophyll content,gas exchange parameters,light response curve and CO2 response curve were measured and analyzed.The results showed that except for the increase of chlorophyll content,Pn,Tr,Gsand gas exchange parameters,the changes of other parameters did not show a trend of increasing or decreasing all the time,and the photosynthetic capacity in general was 3a>15a>2a.The utilization ability of low light was strong at the beginning of growth.With the increase of growth years,the utilization ability of strong light was strengthened.The photosynthetic capacity also gradually increased,and then it gradually tended to reach the maximum photosynthetic capacity,but then it began to decline.The 15-year-old Paeonia ludlowiin entered the later stage of the growth cycle,and the later decline of photosynthetic capacity may be the reason for its shorter life span than other plants of the Paeonia.
