西藏农村金融生态环境评价分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Financial Ecological Environment in Rural Areas of Tibet

选取西藏自治区农村地区的金融生态环境作为研究对象,利用2005~2017年的各项有关指标和数据,使用因子分析的方法对西藏农村金融生态环境进行了多方面的评价。分析结果显示,西藏自治区农村地区的金融生态环境仍然存在经济基础薄弱、人才资源匮乏、产业结构不合理等问题,并从经济与金融发展、法制与诚信文化建设、社会公共服务与城乡统筹发展等方面,提出了优化西藏自治区农村地区金融生态环境的建议。

This article selects the Tibet autonomous regional financial ecological environment in rural areas as the research object,and based on the relevant indexes and data of 2005-2017,the factor analysis method is used for the evaluation of various Tibetan rural financial ecological environment.The analysis results show that there are still weak economic foundations,the lack of talent resources,problems such as unreasonable industrial structure in Tibet autonomous region rural financial ecological environment.From the economic and financial development,legal system and honest cultural construction,social and public services and urban and rural development as a whole,and so on,this paper puts forward the optimization of the Tibet autonomous region of the rural financial ecological environment.
