摘要
目的基于社会交换理论及认知理论,探讨心理距离对知识共享的影响机制以及分配公平和程序公平的调节作用。方法运用SPSS22.0软件、AMOS18.0软件对271份有效问卷进行实证分析。结果心理距离对知识共享具有显著负向影响;分配公平与程序公平在心理距离对知识共享的影响中具有负向调节作用,且程序公平的负向调节作用大于分配公平;当程序公平程度处于较低状态时,分配公平水平越低,心理距离对知识共享的负向影响越强;当程序公平程度处于较高状态时,分配公平水平越高,心理距离对知识共享的负向影响越弱。结论心理距离对知识共享的影响中,分配公平和程序公平不仅存在有区别的调节效应,而且会互相影响,共同产生调节作用。
Objective based on the theory of social exchange and cognitive theory,the study explores the influence mechanism of psychological distance on knowledge sharing and the moderation effect of distributive justice and procedural justice.Methods the study uses spss22.0 software and amos18.0 software to analyze the 271 valid questionnaires.Results psychological distance has significant negative influence on knowledge sharing.Distributive justice and procedural justice both negatively moderates the relationship between psychological distance and knowledge sharing,and the negative moderation effect of procedural justice is greater than that of distributive justice.When the degree of procedural justice is low,the lower the level of distributive justice is,the stronger the negative influence of psychological distance on knowledge sharing is.When the degree of procedural justice is high,the higher the level of distributive justice is,the weaker the negative influence of psychological distance on knowledge sharing is.Conclusion distributive justice and procedural justice not only have different moderation effects,but also influence each other and have moderation effects together.
