On the Generative Logic of Teachers' Occupational Risks

摘要 随着我国新时代的到来,现代化进程明显加快,社会职业风险日渐凸显,教师职业也悄然开始遭受职业风险的侵袭。教师职业社会地位的不断提升和“铁饭碗”观念的深入人心,在一定程度上阻隔了人们对教师职业风险生成的客观认知。社会系统理论揭示,处于多重社会系统之中的教师,其“社会人”角色行为必然由其多重社会角色与其人格交互作用而决定,“社会人”角色构成了教师职业风险生成的逻辑根源。新的教师赋权观体现了对教师主体的人本关怀,凸显了主体自我发展的意义,折射出了教师职业发展更多的主观性色彩,主体自我发展实然成为教师职业风险生成的重要内推力量。而社会领域的深刻变革引发了教师职业组织环境的变革,增添了教师职业发展的变数,遂构成了教师职业风险生成的外部促因。 With the advent of a new era in China,the modernization process has been accelerated significantly,the social occupational risk has become increasingly prominent,and the teacher profession has quietly begun to suffer from the invasion of occupational risk.The continuous promotion of teachers’ occupational social status and the penetration of the concept of "Iron Rice Bowl" in the hearts of the people,to a certain extent,obstructed the objective cognition of teachers’ occupational risk.The theory of social system reveals that "Social Man" role behavior of the teachers,who are in multiple social systems,is determined by the interaction between their multiple social roles and their personality.The role of "Social Man" constitutes the logical root of the formation of teachers’ occupational risks.The new concept of teachers’ empowerment embodies the humanistic concern for teachers’ subject,highlights the significance of self-development of the main body,and reflects more subjective color of teachers’ career development.Self-development of the main body has become an important internal driving force for teachers’ career development.The profound changes in the social sphere have led to the changes in the organizational environment of teachers’ profession,which has increased the variables of teachers’ career development,thus constituting the external causes of the formation of teachers’ occupational risks.
