摘要
【目的】验证新型蚕用次氯酸钙复配消毒剂的稳定性、对金属的防腐性、对家蚕病原的有效性及蚕作的安全性。【方法】以家蚕"932×芙蓉""桂蚕2号"为实验品种,首先对新型次氯酸钙复配消毒剂进行稳定性和腐蚀性的探究,然后对新型蚕用次氯酸钙复配消毒剂进行试验处理,以探究杀灭家蚕病原(家蚕微粒子孢子、核型多角体病毒、白僵菌孢子)的有效性及蚕作安全性。【结果】新型蚕用次氯酸钙复配消毒剂具有较好的稳定性,能有效降低对金属的腐蚀作用;对家蚕微粒子孢子、核型多角体病毒、白僵菌孢子均有较好的灭活作用,消杀时间分别为4 min、8 min、4 min;在虫蛹生命率、茧质、卵量等部分指标方面,稍微优于漂白粉精组。【结论】新型蚕用次氯酸钙复配消毒剂对蚕作安全,适用于蚕业机械化、规模化和绿色环保发展。
【Objective】To verify the stability,the anticorrosion of metals,the effectiveness of silkworm pathogens and the safety of silkworm farming of a new compound disinfectant of calcium hypochlorite for sericulture.【Method】The stability and corrosiveness of the new compound disinfectant of calcium hypochlorite were first investigated by applying silkworm"932×Furong"and"Guican No.2"as the experimental varieties,and then the new compound disinfectant of calcium hypochlorite in sericulture was tested to investigate the efficacy of killing silkworm pathogens(including microparticle spores,karyotype polyhedrosis virus,and the spores of beauveria bassiana)and the safety of silkworm farming.【Result】The new compound disinfectant of calcium hypochlorite with good stability,which is effective decreased the corrosion effect on metal,also had better inactivation effect on silkworm microparticle spores,karyotype polygonal virus,and the spores of beauveria bassiana,the killing time was 4 min、8 min、4 min respectively.Compare with the pupa life rate,cocoon quality,egg quantity and other indicators,it is slightly better than the bleached powder group.【Conclusion】The new compound disinfectant of calcium hypochlorite is safe for silkworm farming,suitable for sericultural mechanization,large-scale and environment protection development.
