基于熵权—灰色关联度分析的生鲜农产品物流风险安全评价 被引量:7

摘要 确保生鲜农产品的食品安全,物流是不可忽视的重要环节,需要对生鲜农产品的物流能力进行综合性的评价。本文在分析影响生鲜农产品物流相关因素的基础上,分别从基础风险、仓储风险、市场需求风险以及传递风险四个方面构建生鲜农产品物流风险安全评价指标体系。运用熵权法计算了生鲜农产品物流风险安全评价指标的权重,以生鲜农产品物流风险安全评价指标权重为基础,结合灰色关联度计算得出了基于权重的指标关联度值,根据所构建模型计算所得结果表明,建立熵权法-灰色关联度分析评价生鲜农产品物流的安全性具有较好的可操作性,实用性较强,为生鲜农产品物流企业提供新的安全评价思路,具有理论与实践价值。 To ensure the food safety of fresh agricultural products, logistics is an important link that cannot be ignored. It is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the logistics capacity of fresh agricultural products.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting fresh agricultural products logistics, this paper constructs a risk safety evaluation index system for fresh agricultural products logistics from four aspects: basic risk,storage risk, market demand risk and transmission risk.Applying entropy weight method to calculate the risk safety evaluation index of fresh agricultural products logistics, based on the weight of risk safety evaluation index of fresh agricultural products logistics, combined with grey relational degree to calculate the index correlation value.According to the calculation results of the model, it is feasible and practical to establish the entropy weight method-grey relational degree analysis to evaluate the security of fresh agricultural products logistics, and it has theoretical and practical value to provide fresh agricultural products logistics enterprises with new security evaluation ideas.
