吉林农业院校学生满意度及吸引力提升的实证研究——以吉林农业大学为例

An Empirical Study on the Improvement of Student Satisfaction and Attraction in Jilin Agricultural Colleges and Universities A Case Study of Jilin Agricultural University

为了解吉林农业院校学生满意度情况,提升农业院校的吸收引力,以吉林农业大学2018届本科毕业生为调查对象,对学生的满意度进行分析。调查显示:其学生的满意度水平低于全国本科教育学生总体满意度水平,本科教育中仍存在很多不足之处。提升吉林农业院校学生满意度及吸引力的具体策略主要有:创新课堂教学,增加课堂教学"含金量";推进协同育人,培养新农科卓越农林人才;尊重学生主体,提高学生参与感与认同度;补齐能力短板,强化大学生基础能力培养。

In order to understand the satisfaction of students in Jilin agricultural colleges and universities,enhance the attraction of agricultural colleges and universities.This paper taking the 2018 undergraduate graduates of Jilin Agricultural University as the respondents,and analyzed the satisfaction degree of students.The survey shows that the level of students’satisfaction is lower than the overall level of students’satisfaction in undergraduate education,and there are still many shortcomings in undergraduate education.The specific strategies to improve the students’satisfaction and attraction in Jilin Agricultural colleges and universities include:innovating classroom teaching,increasing the"gold content"of classroom teaching,promoting cooperative education,cultivating outstanding agricultural and forestry talents in new agricultural science,respecting students,improving students’sense of participation and recognition,and strengthening the basic ability training of college students.
