广西高素质农民培育发展现状与对策

The Status and Countermeasures of Cultivation and Development of High-quality Farmers in Guangxi

高素质农民培育为农业现代化建设和农业持续健康发展提供坚实人力基础和保障。近年来,广西高素质农民培育蓬勃开展,为乡村振兴提供强有力的人才支撑。但也存在"体系尚未健全,制约工作开展;部门各自为战,没有形成合力;师资队伍较弱,影响培育质量;配套支持不够,农民缺乏动力"等问题。通过研究广西高素质农民培育发展现状以及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议,为广西高素质农民培育提供参考依据。

The cultivation of high-quality farmers is to provide a solid human foundation and guarantee for the modernization of agriculture and the sustainable and healthy development of agriculture. In recent years, the cultivation of high-quality farmers in Guangxi has flourished, providing strong talent support for rural revitalization. But there are also issues existing such as "the system is imperfect, restricting the work to be carried out;departments fighting on their own did not form synergy;the weak teaching staff affects the quality of cultivation;counterparts support is not enough;farmers lack of motivation " and so on. By studying the present situation and existing issues of cultivation and development of high-quality farmers in Guangxi and putting forward corresponding countermeasures, this paper provides reference for cultivation of highquality farmers in Guangxi.
